Felipe Sánchez ingresa en calidad de preso preventivo el 12 de septiembre de 2017. Meses más tarde, tras haber salida a juicio/diligencias casi una decena de veces, es condenado a una pena de prisión de 3 años y medio por un delito de robo con violencia.

Felipe en su estancia en prisión en calidad de preventivo, ha ido observando el tratamiento que se les daba a los internos penados, lo que le lleva a la conclusión de que no es efectivo, además de que la mayoría de los funcionarios que interfieren en el mismo, son poco profesionales.

Felipe, igualmente piensa que en los pocos casos que el tratamiento penitenciario es efectivo, siempre falla en el último tramo, que es cuando el interno sale en libertad, puesto que en ese momento es cuando finaliza la relación jurídico-penitenciario con el interno, y es en ese momento cuando más necesita de apoyo social.

Por todo lo expuesto, una vez que Felipe es condenado, se acerca a la oficina del módulo donde está ingresado, y le pregunta a usted como funcionario de IIPP, las siguientes cuestiones.

A las 11.00 horas del 11/09/2017  ingresa en el Centro Penitenciario Almeria y en calidad de preventivos el interno Pedro Pablo León Jaramillo por un supuesto delito de robo con violencia. El 25 de octubre de 2017 se recibe en el Centro Penitenciario el Testimonio de Sentencia, donde se le condena a una pena de 5 años de prisión.

En la sesión ordinaria del 21 de diciembre de 2017, la Junta de Tratamiento acuerda por unanimidad la propuesta de clasificación inicial en segundo grado de tratamiento. Se recibe en la Dirección General de Ejecución Penal y Reinserción Social la propuesta realizada por la Junta de Tratamiento el 29 de diciembre de 2017.

El 16 de enero de 2018, se recibe en el Centro Penitenciario un mandamiento de prisión del Juzgado de Instrucción número 2 de Almeria, decretando prisión provisional a Pero Pablo por un supuesto delito de homicidio en grado de tentativa.
